F80 S55 Intake System

When ARM set out to build the F80 intake system, the goal was simple: remove every bottleneck in the S55's induction to support the most advanced builds. The result is the best intake available for the S55 — and with 3.5" inside-diameter runners, the largest-diameter S55 intake on the market.

Built for performance

This is about performance, not just pretty pipes. ARM's project F80 M3 — running Pure Turbos Stage 2+ turbochargers along with the ARM S55 Resonated Downpipes, Charge Pipes and this Intake System — makes over 720 whp with a 5.9-second 60–130 mph, proving the intake supports the bleeding edge of stock-block S55 power.

Construction

Built from 6-layer reinforced silicone tubing to maximise size in the tight space between the strut brace and radiator. The passenger side maximises the large 3.5" filter with a smooth transition to the stock turbo inlet; the driver-side runner holds 3.5" all the way to the inlet, overlapping it (larger even than the upgraded Pure Turbos inlet). Both sides use heat shields that capture fresh air from the stock BMW intake ducts while sealing against the engine bay and hood to block engine heat.

Note: you may notice mild RPM fluctuation on startup — this is normal and subsides after about 15–30 seconds.
