At Kore Speed, we are committed to ensuring our customers are satisfied with their purchases. We understand that sometimes a return or exchange is necessary. This policy outlines the procedures and conditions for returning or exchanging products purchased from korespeed.com.
Important: Customers are solely responsible for verifying product compatibility and fitment for their specific vehicle before placing an order. Please review product descriptions, specifications, and fitment information carefully. We recommend consulting with a qualified mechanic or us if you are unsure about compatibility.
15-Day Return Policy
We offer a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unopened, un-installed, and in its original, saleable packaging.
Return Process (RMA)
To initiate a return, you must first obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Please follow these steps:
1.Contact Us: Email our support team at support@korespeed.com with your order number and the reason for your return.
2.Receive RMA Number: If your return is approved, we will provide you with an RMA number and detailed instructions on how to send your item back.
3.Ship Your Item: Clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the package. Items sent back to us without a valid RMA number will not be accepted.
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for items lost or damaged during the return transit.
Restocking Fee
All returns are subject to a 30% restocking fee, which will be deducted from your refund amount. This fee covers the cost of processing, inspecting, and repackaging the returned item.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
•Installed, used, or modified parts
•Parts that show any signs of installation attempts
•Special order items
•Tuning software and digital tunes (e.g., BM3 tunes, MHD tunes, or any other ECU tuning files)
•Gift cards and downloadable software
•Sale or clearance items
Exchanges
We offer exchanges in the following situations:
•Defective or Damaged Items: If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately at support@korespeed.com with photos of the damage. We will arrange for a replacement to be sent to you at no additional cost.
•Fitment Issues: If a part does not fit your vehicle and you purchased it for the correct vehicle as specified in our product listing, we will exchange it for the correct part at no additional cost. You must provide proof of your vehicle specifications and demonstrate that you ordered the part according to our fitment information. This exchange is only available for unopened, un-installed parts in original packaging.
•Other Exchanges: If you wish to exchange an item for a different product for any other reason, please follow the standard RMA process to return the original item. The same conditions (unopened, un-installed) and restocking fees apply. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, you can place a new order for the desired product.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, minus the 30% restocking fee and any original shipping charges. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If your order initially qualified for free shipping, the actual outbound shipping cost will be deducted from your refund amount.
Please note that our 15-day return window is calculated from the date you receive your item, not the date of purchase.
