We make every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors, features, specifications, and details of our products. However, we do not guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color or image will be accurate. Product descriptions, images, and specifications are provided by manufacturers and suppliers and may be subject to change without notice.
All prices are listed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) and are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue any product or service (or any part or content thereof) without notice. We shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, price change, suspension, or discontinuance of any product or service.
We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at any time without notice, at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time.
4. Customer Responsibility and Fitment
You are solely responsible for ensuring that any parts or products you purchase are correct and compatible with your vehicle. While we make every effort to provide accurate fitment information, it is your responsibility to verify compatibility before placing an order. We strongly recommend consulting with a qualified mechanic or automotive professional before purchasing performance parts.
If a part does not fit your vehicle and you purchased it for the correct vehicle as specified in our product listing, we will exchange it for the correct part in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy (unopened, un-installed parts only).
We are not responsible for:
•Parts ordered for the wrong vehicle or application
•Parts that do not fit due to vehicle modifications or non-standard configurations
•Installation errors or damage caused during installation
•Any costs associated with incorrect orders, including labor, shipping, or related expenses
5. Off-Road Use and Legal Compliance
Many of the performance parts sold on korespeed.com are designed for off-road, racing, or competition use only and may not be legal for use on public roads or highways. It is your sole responsibility to understand and comply with all applicable federal, provincial, and local laws and regulations regarding the use, installation, and operation of these products.
By purchasing performance parts from us, you acknowledge and agree that:
•You are responsible for determining whether a product is legal for your intended use
•You will use products only in accordance with applicable laws
•Kore Speed is not responsible for any fines, penalties, legal issues, or consequences arising from the use of our products
•You will not hold Kore Speed liable for any violations of emissions, noise, or other regulations
6. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, in no case shall Kore Speed, our directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, suppliers, service providers, or licensors be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind, including, without limitation:
•Lost profits, lost revenue, lost savings, or loss of data
•Replacement costs or costs of substitute goods or services
•Personal injury or property damage arising from the use of our products
•Vehicle damage, mechanical failure, or performance issues
•Costs of installation, removal, or reinstallation of products
•Downtime, loss of use of vehicle, or business interruption
•Any damages arising from product defects, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages
This limitation applies whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability, or otherwise, arising from your use of any product or service purchased from us.
Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of our products shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product giving rise to the claim.
7. Warranty Disclaimer
ALL PRODUCTS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTY OR CONDITION, EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY.
We disclaim all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to:
•Implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement
•Any warranties concerning the availability, accuracy, or content of information, products, or services
•Any warranties that products will meet your requirements or expectations
Manufacturer Warranties: Some products may be covered by manufacturer warranties. These warranties are provided by the product manufacturer and not by Kore Speed. To initiate a manufacturer warranty claim, please contact us at support@korespeed.com with your order number, product details, and description of the issue. We will assist you in coordinating the warranty claim with the manufacturer. Warranty claims are subject to the manufacturer's terms and conditions.
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Kore Speed and our parent, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, officers, directors, agents, contractors, licensors, service providers, subcontractors, suppliers, and employees from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees) arising from:

9. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms of Service or your use of our products or services shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located in British Columbia, Canada, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.

If any provision of these Terms of Service is determined to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, such provision shall nonetheless be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and the unenforceable portion shall be deemed to be severed from these Terms of Service.
