The CTS Turbo Gen3/Gen4 Wastegate Actuator Extension Harness lets you check and adjust wastegate voltage without the turbo bolted to the engine. Set the voltage on a new turbo or actuator right on your workbench before it ever goes in the car.

How it works

  • Connect the harness to the electrical connector on the vehicle
  • Connect the other end to the turbo on your workbench
  • Turn the ignition on without starting the engine
  • Run VCDS / OBD11 on the same bench to calibrate and troubleshoot wastegate voltage at your convenience
