The factory turbo muffler is a flow-robbing restrictor meant to quiet harmonic noise. The CTS Turbo High-Flow Turbo Muffler Delete for the MK8 VW GTI (2.0T EA888.4) swaps it for a one-piece billet design, CNC machined in-house, for smoother airflow and sharper boost response — without the CEL headaches some other brands cause.
Installs in 30 minutes with standard hand tools and fits perfectly.
