CTS Turbo MK6 Gen3 EA888.3 Jetta Catch Can Kit

Keep your MK6 Gen 3 Jetta GLI or 1.8TSI clean with the CTS Turbo oil catch can kit. On direct-injection motors, oil vapors entering the intake manifold clog the intake valves, hurting performance and fuel economy and risking the fragile intake flaps. This CTS Turbo catch can kit traps them so your PCV system stays trouble-free. It is one of the most efficient systems available and was tested extensively on the CTS 400hp shop VW Jetta GLI

Kit includes

• CTS Turbo billet aluminum valve cover breather, CNC-machined from a single block of T6061 aircraft-grade aluminum
• CTS Turbo billet aluminum catch can with billet oil-level dipstick
• -10 AN Black-Series braided hoses
• Oil catch can mounting bracket
• Stainless hardware
• Hose-Wrangler clamp
• All installation hardware (factory PCV gasket must be reused)

Fitment

• 2013.5+ MK6 Gen 3 Jetta GLI 2.0T with black engine cover
• 2013.5+ MK6 Gen 3 Jetta 1.8TSI with black engine cover
• 2013.5+ MK6 Gen 3 Beetle TSI with black engine cover

Not compatible with an aftermarket/upgraded engine mount. Check your engine-mount bolt: it must have a stud for the catch can to mount to. If you have a flat bolt, order double-ended stud N91029602 (see secondary photo).

During winter, the liquid inside the catch can may freeze and damage your engine — watch the level closely or remove the can during sub-freezing temperatures.
