CTS Turbo MK6/A3/TT 2.0T Gen1 TSI Catch Can Kit

Keep your Gen1 EA888.1 2.0TSI clean with the CTS Turbo oil catch can kit. On direct-injection motors, oil vapors entering the intake manifold clog the intake valves, hurting performance and fuel economy and risking the fragile intake flaps. This CTS Turbo catch can kit traps them so your PCV system stays trouble-free.

Kit includes

• CTS Turbo billet aluminum valve cover breather, CNC-machined for a clean finish
• CTS Turbo billet aluminum catch can with billet oil-level dipstick
• -10 AN Black-Series braided hoses
• Oil catch can mounting bracket
• Modular intake manifold plug
• Hose-Wrangler clamp
• All installation hardware plus the o-ring for the rear PCV (complete bolt-on install)

Check your engine-mount bolt: it must have a stud for the catch can to mount to. If you have a flat bolt, order double-ended stud N91029602 (see secondary photo). Not for vehicles with a charcoal canister. To run this catch can with the CTS Turbo engine mount, order CTS-HW-426. Not compatible with the noise pipe; select the noise-pipe delete kit if your car has one.

During winter, the liquid inside the catch can may freeze and damage your engine — watch the level closely or remove the can during sub-freezing temperatures.
