CTS Turbo MK5 TSI Catch Can Kit

Keep your late MK5 VW GTI or Jetta 2.0 TSI clean with the CTS Turbo oil catch can kit, made for the TSI motors fitted to the later MK5 chassis. On direct-injection motors, oil vapors entering the intake manifold clog the intake valves, hurting performance and fuel economy and risking the fragile intake flaps. This CTS Turbo catch can kit traps them so your PCV system stays trouble-free.

• CTS Turbo billet aluminum valve cover breather, CNC-machined for a clean finish
• CTS Turbo billet aluminum catch can with billet oil-level dipstick
• -10 AN Black-Series braided hoses
• Oil catch can mounting bracket
• Modular intake manifold plug

All installation hardware is included, plus a new o-ring for the rear PCV — no drilling or cutting, a complete bolt-on install. To run this catch can with the CTS Turbo engine mount, order CTS-HW-426 (mounting bracket). Not compatible with the noise pipe; select the noise-pipe delete kit if your car has one.

During winter, the liquid inside the catch can may freeze and damage your engine — watch the level closely or remove the can during sub-freezing temperatures.
