High-Performance MK4 1.8T Turbo Kit by CTS Turbo
A big-turbo hardware kit for the MK4 1.8T Golf and Jetta (99.5-05), built on a Garrett 50-Trim T3/T4 turbocharger with CTS Turbo's own manifold, O2 housing and inlet piping.

ECU tuning is required. For turbos with a 4" inlet (Precision SP, GT3076R and similar) we recommend heater core fitting part number 1J0122291D for heater core hose clearance. This kit has been known to fit the Audi TT (180hp FWD), MK2 and MK3 1.8T swaps with some install creativity, as shown in the video. Made-to-order parts — production lead time is 4-5 weeks.
Reference result: a MK2 1.8T AWP with the T3/T4E 50-Trim 0.63 A/R made 344whp at 22psi on 91 octane (Unitronic chipped, 630cc software).
