CTS TURBO 8V/8Y RS3 2.5T EVO Race Intercooler

CTS Turbo offers a race-fit FMIC for the 8V/8Y RS3 2.5T EVO, now in an updated black finish. The OEM intercooler leaves performance on the table, and this platform benefits greatly from an upgrade — stock-boost and especially tuned cars all see a large improvement over factory hardware. Each unit passes extensive quality control and pressure testing up to 50psi, with cast aluminum end tanks that attach to the factory hoses seamlessly for a boost-leak-free fit and increased horsepower and torque. For maximum performance in very high power and boost applications, this is the intercooler to run.

• Stock FMIC: 6.3 tall x 25.3 wide x 3.2 thick = 510.05 in3
• CTS RACE: 13.875 tall x 26 wide x 4 thick = 1,443 in3

• 2022-current 8Y Audi RS3 (with ACC)

8V RS3: not a direct fit; requires removal of the OEM crash bar and trimming of the plastic radiator support. A support bracket is coming, but this does not affect performance in any way. 8Y RS3: requires trimming of the plastic radiator supports to fit the race intercooler; the OEM crash bar will work with it.
