Replace the restrictive factory manifold on your 1.8T B5/B6 A4 with the CTS Turbo 1.8T Turbo Manifold (Longitudinal). This cast T3-flanged manifold includes a 38mm wastegate flange and is best paired with "E" compressor covers for the strongest results.
