CTS MK5 2.0T Direct Fit FMIC Kit

The CTS MK5 2.0T direct-fit FMIC kit is a drop-in replacement for the OEM front-mounted intercooler, installing with no trimming or modification of the bumper. The factory FMIC is adequate at stock boost, but once boost rises with ECU upgrades it struggles to keep charged-air temperatures down, and higher temps bring boost cut and timing pull that cost power. The high-efficiency bar-and-plate core reduces pressure drop, so the turbo works less hard for a given boost level — longer turbo life and cooler, denser charge air for more power to the ground.
