CTS Coilpack Adapter Set For Bolt Down 1.8T Engines for FSI/TSI R8 Coilpacks

This complete set of billet aluminum adapters bolts down to the factory 20V 1.8T valve cover, letting you run the longer coilpacks found on VW/Audi 2.0T FSI and TSI engines. Stepping up to the newer coilpacks lets you open up the spark plug gap while keeping a strong spark, and owners report better reliability, a smoother idle, more off-boost power, and in some cases improved fuel economy.

Note: These adapters are designed for CTS-IGN-006 coilpacks. Early B5 A4 & Passat 058 engines (AEB & ATW engine codes) require the IE adapter harness (part number IEDIYVA2) to remove the factory ICM and convert the ignition system to accept the new-style coilpack.
