This complete set of billet aluminum adapters bolts down to the factory 30V 2.7T valve cover, letting you run the longer coilpacks found on VW/Audi 2.0T FSI and TSI engines. Upgrading the coilpacks lets you run a larger spark plug gap while keeping a strong spark, and moving to newer coilpack technology has shown improved reliability, smoother idle, more off-boost power, and in some cases better fuel economy.

Note: these adapters are designed for TSI coilpacks (CTS-IGN-006) and require the IE adapter harness (part number IEDIYVD2) to work. The harness removes the factory ICM and converts the ignition system to accept the new-style coilpacks.
