The MAD 5" Single Midpipe is the first-ever single midpipe built for the G90/G99 M5 — engineered to completely change the car's character and finally give the new M5 the voice it deserves.

The factory exhaust leaves plenty on the table. Converting the system to a true 5-inch single merges the exhaust pulses into one oversized pipe, so the G90/G99 gains a deep, powerful, aggressive tone that stays remarkably clean through the midrange — with zero rasp and zero drone.

We used every inch of available space under the car to build the largest midpipe the platform can physically support. The result is fuller, deeper and more refined, while keeping the signature aggression an M5 should have had from day one. Paired with the stock axle-back or the MAD axle-back, it brings the whole system to life.
