The ARM FMIC Hose Upgrade works seamlessly with the ARM 5"/7" FMIC and N54/N55 charge pipe upgrades to eliminate restriction from the OEM connections. It replaces the short hot-side hose (turbo outlet to intercooler) and the longer cold-side hose (intercooler to charge pipe). With a 3" inside diameter — 50% larger than OEM — these are the largest intercooler hoses available for the E8X and E9X chassis.

Construction

Five layers of extra-durable, high-temperature silicone tested to hold over 30 psi — ready for a stock turbo N54/N55 at 22 psi or upgraded turbos at 27 psi. Single-piece construction on both sides gives the charged air one uninterrupted path, minimising the turbulence of connection points; combined with the ARM charge pipe you get full 3" piping from the intercooler cold side to the throttle body. The hot-side hose runs 2.5" (OEM turbo outlet) expanding to 3.25" at the FMIC; the cold-side hose is 3.25" at the intercooler, reducing to 3" to the charge pipe.

Requirements & fitment

Requires the ARM 5" or 7" FMIC and an ARM N54 or N55 charge pipe. Fits BMW E82 135i, E90 335i & 335xi, E92 335i / 335is / 335xi, E93 335i / 335is (N54/N55 3.0L). Correct fitment is guaranteed only with ARM N54/N55 charge pipes.
