The ARM 4.0T Intake lets your Audi V8 turbos breathe better by improving airflow to the turbochargers. Paired with upgraded turbo inlets it becomes a "Full Intake" upgrade — and since the inlets are the main OEM bottleneck, both must be upgraded together to meet the requirements of Stage 2 and higher tunes.

Construction

Two dry media filters (not oiled, which can damage MAF sensors) provide 68 cu in each (136 cu in total). They connect to 70mm T6061 aluminum intake runner pipes — 55% larger than the 45mm plastic OEM runners — then to 6-layer reinforced silicone couplers that resist deformation under demanding induction.

Build your kit

  • OEM Inlet Couplers — for an S6/S7 with OEM inlets (70mm to 55mm).
  • RS Inlet Couplers — for an S6/S7 with RS inlets, or an RS7 with OEM inlets (70mm to 66mm).
  • ARM Inlets — add the ARM 4.0T Inlets and you get the full billet inlet kit with the correct couplers (required for most Stage 2+ tunes).
  • Heat Shield (optional) — seals to the hood to separate cold intake air from engine heat for lower intake temps.

Fitment (4.0T)

Audi S6, S7 & RS7 (C7 and C7.5).

What's included: 2x dry filters, 2x intake pipes, 2x silicone couplers, 4x T-bolt clamps, 2x worm clamps (aluminum heat shield and ARM inlets optional).
