135i 7" Intercooler FMIC

At 805 cubic inches, the ARM 7" FMIC is a significant step up in cooling efficiency over the 5" FMIC — the ideal intercooler for the N54/N55-powered E82 135i maxing out stock turbos or running a turbo upgrade, where intake air temps climb fast.

Construction

The core measures 20" x 7" x 5.75" for 805 cubic inches — 180 cu in larger than the ARM 5" FMIC — with an 18-fins-per-inch ultra-dense fin pack for top-of-class cooling without the pressure loss of larger units. In testing, intake air temps rose just 3°F on a third-gear datalog versus 60°F on the OEM intercooler (95% better cooling). CAD-designed CNC aluminum connectors let you run the OEM intercooler hoses (faster, fully reversible) or the ARM 3" FMIC Hose Upgrade.

Fitment note: does not require front-bumper removal, but some trimming of the plastic behind the bumper is needed.
