The ARM B9 3.0T Midpipes run an industry-leading 3" design through 93% of the midpipe section — against the 2.3" (60mm) tubing most aftermarket options use. By removing the OEM front resonators that mute the EA839 V6 and stepping the piping up 30% larger, they unlock a deeper, more aggressive note on your S4 or S5, with a fully reversible bolt-on fit and no cutting required. Paired with the ARM B9 3.0T Downpipe, they completely transform the sound. The OEM exhaust valves are retained, so you stay quiet in Comfort and roar in Dynamic.

Construction

Each side starts with a CNC-machined 3-bolt downpipe flange, with the hardest-to-reach bolt pre-fixed in position — that one is a nightmare to thread in the engine bay, so we secured it and left you just the nut. The midpipes fit either the OEM downpipe or the ARM B9 S4/S5 Downpipe, then immediately expand to 3" for more airflow and a stronger note than the 2.3" (60mm) OEM size. Precision mandrel bends fit flawlessly with the stock system, OEM-quality flex sections relieve stress under hard driving, and OEM-location exhaust hangers lock everything down. Included reducers connect back to the 2.3" (60mm) OEM exhaust with no permanent cutting — or leave them off to mate to a 3" upgraded exhaust. Plan on roughly 60-90 minutes to install.
