AUDI 8V A3 DOWNPIPE - FWD

The ARM Audi A3 Downpipe is an essential upgrade for getting the most from your Gen 3 EA888 A3. The stock downpipe uses a dense catalyst that chokes exhaust flow, raising back-pressure and turbo lag and making the turbo work harder. The ARM downpipe significantly improves flow — for faster spool, more power and torque, and a better note — and lets you safely run Stage 2+ boost targets the stock downpipe can't handle above ~25 psi.

Construction

TIG-welded T304 stainless in a single-piece design that eliminates the leaks and install issues of multi-piece downpipes. Laser-cut bracket and CNC-machined prongs match the stock points. Includes both a 2.5" reducer (stock exhaust) and a 3" adapter (upgraded catback), joined by a CNC-machined V-band. This catless version uses a straight-through 4" resonator (around the pipe, not inside it, so flow isn't blocked) to improve sound — a 200-cell catted version is also available. A stainless flex section relieves turbo stress. Paired with a proper tune, gains reach up to 60 whp and 105 wtq on the stock IS20 turbo.
