Audi 4.0T Downpipes - S6 S7 RS7 A8 S8

The ARM 4.0T Downpipes immediately reduce exhaust back-pressure so your Audi 4.0T turbos spool faster and make more power lower in the rev range. The OEM downpipes use two large "coffee-can" catalysts that choke flow — and they cross over each other (driver-side turbo to passenger-side midpipe and vice versa), forcing exhaust through a long, kinked path. The ARM downpipes remove that restriction and run straight on the same side for faster spool, more torque and better throttle response.

Construction

Built from SS304 with a one-piece 4.4" x 3" collector welded to an OEM-style 5-bolt flange that fits any 4.0T turbo upgrade. A stainless flex section relieves turbo stress, the OEM transmission brackets secure them in place, and they transition to a 2.25" 3-bolt flange to match the OEM or ARM 4.0T midpipes. Adding the ARM 4.0T Midpipes at install time takes only about 10 extra minutes.
