CTS Turbo VW 2.5 cylinder SAI Block Off Plate Kit
Clean up that VW 2.5 five-cylinder engine bay by removing the entire secondary air injection (SAI) / combi valve system — including the bulky injection pump on the front of the engine. The CTS Turbo SAI Block Off Plate Kit makes it a tidy job. The plates are CNC machined from 6061 aluminum alloy and cut to accept an O-ring seal, so everything seals up perfectly with no gaskets and no messy sealant.

A note on check engine lights: two codes may come up. One can be resolved by adding a resistor to the solenoid control valve circuit; the other — incorrect flow detected — can only be defeated with software.
