CTS Turbo BMW N55 Turbo Upgrade Kit

A premium ball-bearing turbo kit with a stainless steel exhaust housing for F3x BMW platforms running the N55 EWG (electronic wastegate) engine.

Factory-location big turbo

CTS used transient flow analysis backed by flow-bench testing to optimize the turbine housing for a GTX3582R while keeping stock fitment, stock location and the stock wastegate — this is not a stock turbo with a bigger compressor wheel. Any stock-fitment exhaust downpipe, intake and charge pipe carries straight over; simply transfer your factory wastegate, downpipe, intake and charge pipe during the install.

Big-turbo software tuning is required via the EcuTek platform, and fueling upgrades are recommended. Professional installation and tuning are required. The wastegate MUST be calibrated with ISTA+ before tuning — skipping this causes tuning problems. This turbocharger is designed to move a lot of air at fairly low boost; max boost level is 20psi.
