MQB VW/Audi CTS Turbo BOSS750 V3 Upgrade

CTS Turbo brings the MQB platform a fully reworked Version 3 of its popular BOSS kit: the BOSS750. After countless requests for a stronger MQB option, the engineers went back to the drawing board and redesigned the BOSS 600 from the ground up.

Reverse-rotation core, factory-location fit

At its heart is a reverse-rotation Gen2 30/76 CHRA. The housing is cast and machined to clear any exhaust downpipe for excellent boost response with no restriction, and factory wastegate geometry is retained for easy tuning. The 2.5" turbo outlet sits in the factory location for simple compatibility with a 2.5" turbo outlet pipe. An integrated wastegate actuator bracket plus oil and water lines complete the package for straightforward install, tuning and operation.

Compatibility

• Currently compatible only with a CTS Turbo intake or aftermarket equivalent (other brand intakes need a different coupler)
• CTS Turbo or other billet diverter/blow-off valve; factory DV works
• 2.5" turbo outlet pipe required (sold separately)
• Clears any exhaust downpipe
