CTS Turbo B8/B8.5 AUDI 2.0TFSI BOSS500 KIT (2009-2016)

CTS Turbo's B8/B8.5 2.0T BOSS500 kit delivers a truly bolt-on big-turbo upgrade. It replaces the factory turbo and works with most of your installed parts — fully compatible with any test-pipe or high-flow cat and any intercooler, and it runs the factory or an upgraded diverter/blow-off valve. The included intake supplies the extra airflow the larger turbo needs.

Reuses your factory lines

Built to re-use the factory oil drain and coolant supply line for easy installation, with all required install parts included. Cramming a bigger turbo into a stock housing gains nothing — so CTS made their own.

Fitment

B8/B8.5 Audi A4/A5/Allroad 2.0TFSI (2009-2016). Does NOT fit European Gen3 B8 vehicles — EA888.1 and EA888.2 only.

Given the install difficulty, work is best handled by an experienced performance shop. Proper software tuning is required — contact your preferred tuner. Fueling upgrades are required, and upgraded connecting rods and head studs are recommended.
