CTS Turbo's billet intake manifold plenum for the Audi RS3/TTRS (DAZA/DNWA) is precision-engineered to improve airflow dynamics for more performance without giving up OEM compatibility.

Engineered with CFD

By relocating the throttle-body mounting flange outward, the plenum eliminates the OEM spacer and feeds air directly to the nearest cylinder. Rigorous CFD testing yielded a greatly improved airflow efficiency, with an expanded divider passage that raises overall flow rate while maintaining stock distribution between cylinders. Tuned around the 1-2-4-5-3 firing sequence for optimal air distribution, it adds two 1/8 NPT ports for versatility.

Proven on the flow bench and dyno

Flow-bench testing showed a 53% reduction in overall pressure drop at 600 CFM:

• Stock plenum: 35.0 inH20 at 600 CFM
• CTS plenum: 16.5 inH20 at 600 CFM

On a Stage 3 RS3, the plenum delivered a 45 WHP gain and 60 WTQ increase over the stock plenum, with no additional tuning. It ships pre-assembled and pressure-tested for a hassle-free install, finished in a sleek black anodized coating.
