CTS TURBO 2.0T FSI EA113 & TSI EA888 INTAKE MANIFOLD W/ PORT INJECTION

CTS Turbo offers a cast-aluminum intake manifold with port injection for Audi/VW 2.0T FSI EA113 and EA888 Gen 1 and 2 engines — an excellent foundation for a custom port-injection fuel system. Cast aluminum lets it handle far more boost than the OEM plastic unit, and with over 40% more volume and equalized airflow there is real power on the table. The enlarged, reshaped plenum distributes air as evenly as possible to all cylinders.

• Made for EV1 or EV14 compact injectors with standard tip (33.60mm between the O-rings)
• Roughly 40% more volume than stock
• Improved turbo spool and increased HP (with proper tuning software)
• Equal flow distribution across all runners
• Integrated velocity stacks on all runners
• Retains factory throttle-body placement, no adapters required
• Retains factory mounting posts for accessories and brackets
• Deletes factory intake flappers
• 1/4" NPT and 1/8" NPT ports for vacuum or boost reference

Please note

• This is an MPI hardware kit only; you must fabricate a custom fuel system, fuel controller, and tuning. Instructions are not provided, and professional installation by a qualified builder is required.
• Not compatible with the factory PCV system; a catch-can system is required. CTS catch cans are compatible.
• Not compatible with B8.5 A4/A5 vehicles with the 5th fuel injector and factory aluminum manifold (CPMA/CPMB engine code).
• Not compatible with MK6 Gen3 TSI engines (2013.5+, CPLA/CPPA engine code).

Custom software tuning is required, along with a small modification to the fuel-line mount. Does not include fuel injectors or the rest of the auxiliary fuel system.
