The CTS Gen3 Intake Adapter connects the CTS-IT-220.3 intake kit to the factory rear PCV connection. It comes with a 1" silicone connection that slides easily over the fitting on your CTS-IT-220.3. This is the same replacement part that ships with every new CTS-IT-220.3.
