CTS 06A 1.8T Timing Belt Kit

The CTS Turbo billet 1.8T 20V timing belt idler bracket is used in applications where the engine's timing belt tensioner has been converted from the standard hydraulic tensioner to the old-style manual tensioner. By retaining the factory idler pulley, it prevents loss of belt wrap on the crank pulley and stops excessive belt vibration between the tensioner and that pulley, keeping the short factory span between rollers. CNC-machined from 6061 T6 aircraft aluminum with roll-formed threads for strength.

Fits late 06A 1.8T engines only. These are block-specific, not head-specific — all 058 and 06A 1.8T heads share the same tensioner mounting.
