340i 440i MIDPIPE UPGRADE

The ARM 340i / 440i Midpipe wakes up your B58 with the aggressive exhaust note a tuned BMW deserves. It deletes the two central resonators in the stock midpipe while keeping the factory muffler — so you still control the volume from the driver's seat. Drop it into Sport Plus to let the B58 sing, or Comfort to slip through the neighborhood.

Fit and construction

The midpipe sits neatly within the factory exhaust recess and is engineered to clear everything around it, even on a lowered car. It uses the OEM midpipe mounting location and bolts to either the stock downpipe or any upgraded downpipe that fits the OEM midpipe. It comes in two sections — a longer front and a shorter rear — joined with a slip-fit connection and high-quality performance-grade clamps. Deleting the two OEM resonators opens up the B58, and the full system runs 3.25" from the downpipe all the way to the muffler.
