The OEM N54 charge pipe is a ticking time bomb on any 135i or 335i running above stock boost — the plastic design holds on stock settings but is prone to bursting once tuned, and the OEM diverter valves can leak boost. The ARM N54 Charge Pipe with HKS flange is machined from T6061 aluminum to handle the highest boost levels, with a precision CNC throttle-body connection secured by the OEM metal C-clip and an upgraded O-ring for a leak-free seal.

Construction

Optimises airflow between the intercooler and throttle body. Includes a CNC-machined flange to reconnect the factory TMAP sensor with new bolts, and an integrated blow-off valve flange designed for the HKS BOV (BOV sold separately).
