Why upgrade the charge pipe on your N55 335i? The OEM plastic charge pipe is a ticking time bomb on any N55 running above stock boost. It holds fine at stock settings, but on a tuned car failure is only a matter of time — and you don't want to find out on the drive home in limp mode.

Construction

The ARM N55 charge pipe is engineered for the highest boost levels. Built from 6061 aluminum, it connects to the throttle body with a precision CNC-machined fitting secured by the OEM metal C-clip, plus an upgraded O-ring for a secure, leak-free seal. It optimizes airflow between the intercooler and throttle body, and includes two pre-capped hookups for methanol or nitrous. A CNC-machined flange reconnects your factory TMAP sensor with new bolts that replace the coarse-threaded factory screws. The pipe fits the stock intercooler or any aftermarket intercooler that bolts to the stock charge pipe.
