CTS Pro Seal exhaust clamps are a simple, effective way to connect exhaust system components such as pipes, mufflers and catalytic converters. The unique seal and high clamp loads are provided without permanently distorting your exhaust components, allowing the flexibility to disassemble for service. These clamps feature unitized construction which minimizes part number complexity and maximizes material efficiency for reduced weight and lower costs.
CTS Pro Seal Clamps are designed to be used on ID/OD style connections. For example, if you have a 2.50" exhaust, the clamp is designed to fit over tubing that has been flared to a 2.50" ID, or over an exhaust component such as a muffler that has a 2.50" ID inlet or outlet. For optimal sealing, the larger side of the connection (the ID side) should have relief cuts/slots in it.
