Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping at Kore Speed. This Shipping Policy outlines our procedures for shipping and delivery.

Order Processing

Processing Time: Most in-stock orders are processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
Out of Stock Items: If an item is out of stock in our warehouse, we will need to order it from our vendor. We will notify you of the estimated timeline for delivery once we confirm availability with our supplier.
Order Confirmation: You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed. You will receive a separate email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer several shipping options to meet your needs.
Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 3-7 business days (for in-stock items).
Expedited Shipping: Estimated delivery within 2-3 business days (for in-stock items).
Please note that these delivery estimates assume the item is in stock in our warehouse. If we need to order from our vendor, additional time will be required and you will be notified of the updated timeline.
Delivery delays can occasionally occur. Kore Speed is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers.

Shipping Restrictions

We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes. Please provide a physical address for shipping.
We currently only ship to addresses within Canada.

Customs and Duties

As a Canadian-based company shipping within Canada, there are no international customs duties or brokerage fees for domestic orders.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Damages

If you receive a damaged item, please contact us immediately at support@korespeed.com. We require the following:
Multiple clear photos of the damaged item(s)
Photos of the exterior packaging showing any visible damage
Photos of the interior packaging and how the item was packed
Your order number
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods until your claim has been resolved. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
