Everything needed to convert your BMW S58 from twin-turbo to a single-turbo monster, in one complete box. No piecing parts together and no hidden add-ons — the BTK TurnKey kit ships with every hot-side component, line, fitting, gasket, and fastener required for the build.
Power Potential
Built around a true twin-scroll T4 divided manifold in Schedule 10 stainless with 1.25" runners — rated to support up to 1300–1400 WHP — paired with a 12mm billet stainless head flange that is precision-surfaced for a leak-free seal under hard heat cycling.

Core hot side
- Turbosmart C-frame single turbocharger, spec'd for the BTK system
- Dual Turbosmart Gen 5 45mm external wastegates
- True twin-scroll T4 divided manifold, 1.25" runners
- 3.5" stainless downpipe with V-band connection and dual dump tubes
- Turbo gaskets, trimmed studs, and high-temp hardware
Charge piping & intake
- Full intercooler piping with three welded sensor ports
- Billet throttle-body adapter
- 3" reinforced silicone couplers with T-bolt clamps
- MAP sensor and radiator bracket hardware
Oil & coolant
- Braided stainless oil feed and return lines with swivel, 45° and 90° fittings
- Billet feed and drain block fittings that reuse OEM bolts and O-rings
- Unused-port block-offs and dual turbo drain fittings
- CNC coolant-overflow relocation bracket with pre-formed hoses and clamps
Wiring & finishing
- Plug-and-play wiring harness — no splicing
- PNP coolant expansion-tank wiring
- Carbon-fiber turbo blanket and fuel-line heat shield
- Billet 6061 catch can with AN fittings
- High-temp silicone vacuum line and heat-sleeve kits

- Professional installation and custom tuning are strongly recommended.
